From Field to Flour
At Fox Point Farms, we believe in the beauty of slow food—crafted thoughtfully and sourced locally. Many of the herbs, fruits, and vegetables in Sierra’s bakes are harvested just steps from the Bakehouse itself. From Fox Point Farms microgreens and tomatoes folded into brioche dough to brown butter carrot cake starring carrots grown right outside, this is hyperlocal baking at its finest.

Housemade, Daily
The Bakehouse is rooted in an old-world approach to food—scratch-made, small-batch, and deeply seasonal. Nothing rushed. Nothing artificial. Sierra draws inspiration from weathered cookbooks, the shifting farm landscape, and her own vivid imagination. Every new item undergoes hands-on research and plenty of taste tests with the Farm Team before landing in Harvest Market’s pastry case.

Baking Outside the Lines
For Sierra, baking is an art form—an edible canvas shaped by her curiosity and care. Whether it’s a spring-inspired Strawberry Matcha Pop-Tart, a garden herb tart with rosemary and chives, or a gluten-free Lemon Poppy Muffin kissed with citrus, every item reflects her whimsical style and passion for the craft. Her Bakehouse sketches—literal doodles—guide R&D, transforming into the treats our guests can’t stop talking about.
