Hosted by Fox Point Farms
Farming Tuesdays
7/7/2026
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Join us in the radial herbal medicine garden from 9:00-11:00am! These community herbal farming workshops are an opportunity to get your hands in the soil, connect with our herbalist, and learn some regenerative herbal medicine growing skills. Workshop activities vary depending on the week and may include: seeding, transplanting, weeding, preparing beds for planting, harvesting, watering, mulching, and more.
Please wear close-toed shoes (required). We recommend comfortable farming attire that you don't mind getting dirty and that provides good sun coverage. Please bring: water, sunscreen, hat and a snack (optional) to fuel you through the workshop.
Please arrive 10 mins early - gardening starts promptly at 9 am. Due to safety and logistical concerns, we aren't able to accomodate any latecomers. Please meet in the radial herb garden at the picnic table seating area!
Note: We have removed the age limit for this workshop. While everyone is welcome, please be mindful that Farming Tuesdays is a space for all of us to learn skills and methods in the garden, while making progress on our day's tasks. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are bringing little ones, please be sure they can partake in the tasks shared above and engage in the group-based atmosphere.
