A few reminders:

Wear clothes you can move in for class - bring sunglasses / sunscreen as needed - the Greenhouse is an outdoor/indoor environment!
Bring a swimsuit & a towel if you want to Sauna / Plunge!
No need to bring a mat, we've got you covered!
