Comedy Show: Laughter is Medicine with James Connolly

Join us for another comedy night inside Hatch Gatherings, our glass greenhouse at the front of the farm, for an evening of laughter, storytelling, and shared experiences in parenthood through comedy.

Co-hosted with Wyldflower, Laughter is Medicine reflects the real, raw, hilarious, and heartfelt moments of parenthood. Expect professional comedic storytelling, relatable humor, and a room of full of people who get it. It's a night to feel seen in this stage of life.

What to Expect

• A 60-min show + a voluntary open-mic session during the last 30 mins of the night, where Karen will invite you to join in and share your own hysterical, real, and unforgettable stories as a parent. No pressure, just an open invitation to join if it feels right.
• No need to worry about seats. Chairs will be set out.
• Enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (available for purchase)

7:30 – 8:15 PM – Headliner / James Connolly (as seen on Netflix, America’s Got Talent, Dry Bar)
8:15 – 8:45 PM – Closing Set with Emcee Karen Cook + Audience Open Mic (voluntary basis)

From 4–6 PM, enjoy our fan-favorite Happy Hour at Haven Farm + Table before the show. The menu includes $25 farm-to-table plates that come with a beverage. Settle in with serene views and deliciously fresh plates.

About Our Co-Host and Comedian

Karen Cook is the Creative Director and Founder of Wyldflower is a local events & marketing firm focused on collaborative community events. As a parent of 3 and business owner - she tells the comical story of quite literally holding all the things.

James Connolly is an award-winning stand-up comedian and former Marine whose credits include appearances on NBC, HBO, Comedy Central, and multiple Dry Bar Comedy specials. A nationally touring headliner known for his smart, high-energy storytelling, James brings sharp observational humor and relatable takes on family life, everyday absurdities, and the moments that humble us all.
