Current openings

Harvest Market (part-time)

• Barista — Prepares and serves craft coffee and specialty beverages while providing warm, efficient guest service in Harvest Market’s fast-paced café environment. Maintains quality and consistency across every drink while keeping the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Counter Staff — Welcomes guests, takes and fulfills orders, assists with food service, and provides knowledgeable recommendations on Harvest Market’s menu and seasonal offerings. Helps keep the market clean, stocked, and inviting while delivering friendly, efficient service throughout each shift.

Farm (part-time + full time)

• Farm Ambassador — Welcomes guests to Fox Point Farms and helps connect them to the farm through tours, education and engaging experiences. Shares knowledge about regenerative farming, seasonal crops and our animals while assisting with daily animal care and helping keep the farm and garden welcoming, safe and ready for guests.
• Farmer — Supports the daily care and production of Fox Point Farms through planting, harvesting, soil management and regenerative farming practices. Works hands-on with crops and animals, assists with seasonal farm projects and helps maintain a healthy, productive farm ecosystem.

Events (part-time)

• Event Bartender — Provides friendly and efficient beverage service while maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar. Responsible for proper alcohol service and supporting overall event operations. Responsible for set up and break down of bar.
• Event Server — Provides attentive guest service, including food and beverage service, table maintenance, event setup, and breakdown.
• Event Facilities Technician — Supports event setup and breakdown while maintaining the venue, equipment, facilities, and farm property. Assists with basic maintenance and event-related needs.

Fox Point Pizza (part-time)

• Pizza Cook — Prepares and cooks pizzas while maintaining quality, consistency, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. Supports daily prep, station organization, and efficient service during peak hours.

Haven Farm + Table (part-time + full-time)

• Evening Cooks — Experience is appreciated but we are happy to train anyone willing to learn. Reliability, detail oriented, sense of urgency, dedicated and enthusiastic. Works well under pressure. Understands fifo and other organizational tools used in kitchens. Respects cleanliness and the business’s curb appeal. Looking to grow within the company and learn about farm to table dining.
• Host — Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality, manages reservations and seating, coordinates table flow with the service team, and creates a warm, organized, and memorable first and last impression at Haven Farm + Table.
• Food Runner — Delivers food accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to guests while ensuring presentation, order accuracy, and seamless communication between the kitchen and service team.
• Busser — Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, and supporting the service team throughout each shift.

Facilities (part-time + full-time)

• Maintenance Technician — Maintains the buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure across Fox Point Farms while performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Property Technician — Maintains the appearance and day-to-day upkeep of Fox Point Farms by proactively inspecting guest-facing spaces, addressing minor repairs, lighting, fixtures, cleanliness, and property details to ensure the farm remains polished, functional, and welcoming for guests and staff.
• Parking Attendants — Supports the safe and efficient flow of vehicles across Fox Point Farms by directing traffic, guiding guests to designated parking areas, monitoring parking activity, and providing a welcoming first and last point of contact for guests arriving and departing the property.
