As summer begins to soften into autumn, join us in honoring the Harvest of Summer through an old-world craft rooted in nature, ritual, and creativity.
A besom is a traditional broom made by gathering twigs, herbs, flowers, and other natural materials and tying them to a wooden handle. Historically used as both a practical tool and a symbolic object, besoms have long carried associations with home, protection, cleansing, and seasonal transitions.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll gather inspiration from the abundance of the season and weave together our own decorative besoms using flowers, leaves, grasses, herbs, and other natural materials. You’ll learn how to build, bind, and style your broom step-by-step, creating a unique piece to take home and display throughout the spooky season and beyond.
This is an opportunity to slow down, work with your hands, and embrace your crafty and creative flow while celebrating the changing season.
✨ No floral or crafting experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Arrive a little early to give yuorself time to find parking.
